As I’m sitting on my lanai 200 feet from the water , in my yard, drinking tea on Eaton’s Neck. I had to post this - even though I said I wasn’t. I just walked out of the hair salon. Her name is Patty. She came to greet me with the words we don’t do your type of hair. I am Korean and black. I moved into Northport little over a year now and everyone has been so pleasant and experiences w events and functions - in this neighborhood has been so welcoming except for today which is so disappointing. I'm a city girl--I've lived in Brooklyn for over 25 years, but when the pandemic hit, I wound up in Northport where I grew up. The staff at Hair Together is super-friendly. My hair is curly and can be unruly. Stylist Patricia knew how to tame my mane. I'll be moving back to the city soon, but highly recommend Hair Together!
