I have a head of hair that is always a challenge to cut. My last haircut was as bad as they get. Guy called himself a "Master Barber". He was a master something, but not a barber. I don't think he even owns a pair of scissors. He used trimmer only and spent about 10 min effing up my head and then charged me $60! So...nothing grows out slower than a bad haircut.
