Absolutely butchered my hair. Patchy and all over the place. And missed spots all over. Went back to return the $35 bottle of shampoo and ask for a refund because now I have to go somewhere else to fix it. They don't do refunds on the service but can offer to fix it. My wife and kid were able to spot how bad it was from 20ft away! The receptionist flipped her lid and was beyond unprofessional. Went in for just a little trim and was expecting to pay $20-$30. But I left after paying $47.25. Just for 1.5inches to be trimmed. Not to mention, she washed my hair, however I had to immediately re-wash it when I got home as there was still shampoo/conditioner residue in my hair - it felt like wax. She didn’t use any products afterwards, by that I mean, no de tangler before brushing it and no heat protectant before blow drying it. Brought my daughter in for a simple trim. She came out missing 2 inches and it’s so completely screwed up and chopped that I have to pay for someone else to fix it. We were trying to grow it out and will now most likely end in a pixie cut. I have a hard time believing the hairdresser who did it had ever completed any schooling! Absolutely awful work. Do not go here.
