As a body wax novice, I was nervous about the process. Julia, was/is always so kind and courteous when explaining how things worked. We tend to have easy conversation and there isn't any awkwardness. She is super fast! She listens to my needs and does a great job.

Got a call back within 5 minutes of having left a message. I stopped by when the lovely person working there was out at lunch. Was even able to be scheduled for the same day. I'm not picky with my eyebrows since I lived through the late 90's early 2000's craze of super thin and glad to see thick brows are a thing now. Definitely suggest this place. Great customer service and timely response and service!
