Colleen has been my hairdresser for almost 20 years, dating back to before her time at Hair Today. She is not only the best in the business, but a wonderful human being. She bends over backwards to accommodate people and their schedules and always does so with a smile and a friendly demeanor no matter how busy she is. Went to Hair Today and had a 20 minute consult with Colleen. Colleen did a terrible job on the color as well as the cut then had the audacity to charge me $200. I called the shop to ask to go in and show her all the mistakes... she proceeded to get loud and start a fight with me. Not very professional!! My heart's broken and my wallets empty. She offered a full refund but when we got to the front desk, she changed her mind and only refunded half the money. No integrity at all and very unprofessional! Shame on you COLLEEN!! Y... read more
