The customer service is appalling ! I was watching and waiting for a cut for an hour from the girl who was doing mine and she was only doing a buzz and trim ! I recommend going elsewhere
Stopped in here for a haircut last Wednesday on our travels. It’s a walk-in no booking salon, so naturally I was prepared to have to wait awhile. Although the place was very busy, the wait was not too long. Staff were very friendly and the owner of the salon cut my hair. We talked about the challenges of running a small business, especially overhead costs and the expectation of some to still be able to get a haircut for $30. They’re dreaming. Came back a few times and still had to wait and wait with others going straight in before me although they say you can’t book. Only travelling through Alice and found other options in town. I would give these guys a big miss.
An express cut at $75 where the hair is not all the same size and with which you leave with wet hair without blow-drying the boss is unpleasant and the staff does everything to go as quickly as possible to get rid of you To flee
