Ann is amazing. Wonderful woman with years of experience! She really pays attention to your individual hair type and finds the best way to get what you want safely for your hair. I have very dark natural hair and Ann was up front with what it would take to get my hair to a much lighter color. I ended up leaving with beautiful color and cut and my hair much healthier than when I walked in!
