New to Michigan, my son 19 y/o has curly hair so we searched for a curly hair (Deva certified) stylist- as that is what we know from Philadelphia. My son arrived with photos, a video of his hair after a fresh cut a d requested a “shape up” and sadly, she didn’t listen and it is by far the worst cut he’s ever had. Way too short…when he would try to stop her and tell her it was too short.. she would say “trust me, it will be fine”. I had my first hair appointment with Shannon on April 5th. This was my third Curly haircut, but my first with her. Shannon is exceptional at her art, and is very pleasant to talk with. In addition to my new cut, I was given great instructions on how to care for my curly hair. Shannon is awesome! Looking forward to my next visit.
