I went to the Greenfield location and had two 15 minute appointments through Groupon. I would not recommend it. Even before going to the two appointments, I was taken aback by how unprofessional the scheduling was. First off, the website offering online scheduling does not exist. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location Janice is the most rudest person I have ever met, her service is trash, she do not provide any pre-treatment or after-care instructions, I had to look it up on Youtube, she over charge you and once she give you a price she will add $5 more when it's time to pay. The chair in her office that is used for clients during the procedure is so uncomfortable for 1 hour or more treatment(it's actually torture) the process is painful and tedious.
