I cannot say enough great things about Janae!!! I initially booked with her for bridal services but we also worked together for months leading up to my wedding. Janae, is awesome, super communicative and letting you know exactly what availability that she has and open to having a phone conversation about said availability. She is consistently giving me and my daughter amazing service and helps to build up confidence into her that she cut off a large amount of her hair talks to her about her day and is interested to hear about it. I am beyond pleased! The quality far exceeded what I expected this hair is soft, full, and blend perfectly with my hair texture (4c). Customer service was attentive, friendly, and made the process so easy. Shipping was super quick as well. Definitely worth it I’ll definitely be ordering again!
I’ve been a customer for over 7 years! Janae is the best! My silk press is always beautiful. Twist out, extensions, and hair cuts. No complaints. She’s punctual and professional. Best hair dresser! Please do not leave the Durham area.
Janae is great! The instructions to find out studio are easy to follow. She answered all of my questions prior to and during the appointment (about my current style and future styles). Her studio is very relaxing and welcoming. Most importantly, I loved the end result of my hair and will book again for sure!
