I discovered Hair a few years ago, thank goodness!! A friend of mine’s hair was looking amazing and I asked her who she sees - best thing I ever did. A few months later another friend asked who was doing MY hair and now she comes here too!! Hair is also more than just a salon, it has a wonderful, warm vibe to it. I bring my mom in, she has Alzheimer’s and it’s one of the few places she feels comfortable going to. They treat her like a princess when she comes in, like we are family. I have gotten my hair done once here and they did a good job, however I had an appointment scheduled today and they never called to cancel. I went to the salon, waited outside for 15 minutes, but nothing. No one ever called to tell me the appointment was cancelled, no one answered the phone when i called, and no one was in the salon. I just spent 1300.00 on extentions and color. I had to rearrange my appointment on 2 occasions called in advance. I have called 2 times left vm to get back on schedule. 2 weeks now still no return call, reach out via text as well. Charles is excellent, I am so disappointed and offended. I spent alot of money at this salon. A call would say alot about professionalism especially running a business.
