I’m so happy with how my hair turned out! I went to Dory because my colour had become really brassy and needed correcting, and he did such a beautiful job. He took his time, listened to what I wanted, and made sure the colour looked natural, blended, and much more flattering. You can tell he really knows colour and pays attention to the little details. The man at the front was extremely rude and arrogant. After the way he approached me, I didn’t even feel comfortable receiving any service. He should learn some basic customer service skills and proper manners when speaking to others.
