Got hair colored and it’s not even close to what I wanted!!! My hair black!! When ask to fix have to wait. Felt I was overlooked and didn’t matter cause it’s prom. I have to work like this and feeling embarrassed
So I walked out of here in tears on Saturday and I have tried to reached out multiple times and they refuse to make this right. They charged me $130 and my hair looked almost the exact same. We also discussed how little I wanted off my hair and they cut at least 3-4 inches.
