If you are looking for a hair replacement specialist who actually takes the time to educate you, Bob is your guy. I went in for a full unit install after a decade of being bald. Bob handled the wash, shave, haircut, and styling perfectly. He even took the time to clean up my beard so the transition looked natural. What I appreciated most was the atmosphere; I started the appointment nervous, but Bob’s relaxed demeanor made the whole process easy.
