Very disappointed. This was my first time booking an appointment here. My normal salon was full. Services here were a little more expensive, but I have an important event coming up so I took a chance. Appointment was at 4:45 pm. I showed up to the salon and my stylist was not there. I then received a text stating she was running late and if we can reschedule to 5:30pm.
