I understand having an emergency, but knowing that you have a funeral should mean that as a proper business you should make sure to let your clients know that you cannot do their hair. I am incredibly disappointed in the way that we were not only BAREY ACKNOWLEDGED when we walked in, but then given an excuse without a proper apology or solution.
