Set an appointment for the first time over the phone for 10/23/20 at 5pm. I told the lady if that was to late I can come another day. The lady that I booked with said “make sure your on time” That Friday on 10/23/20 the door were locked and lights were out. I was so confused. I called the number to explained what happened the lady said “oh she must already left for the day” very nonchalant in a rush to get off the phone. NEVER again so unprofessional
