Horrible expérience. I visited Joseph's in the late 90's when it was located near Bloomingdale's. My hair was down to my shoulders. The stylist was was shampooing her customer said to my stylist( I don't remember his name) commented about me that they usually don' t come in with that much hair. I told my stylist that I just wanted my ends trimmed and he proceeded to deliberately and viciously cut all of my hair off. I walked in with long hair and left with a boycut.
