We purchased hair for a sew in, the hair that was on sale did not match my child’s hair so I returned it. The man at the counter had a very nasty attitude. SAVE YOUR MONEY, don’t purchase anything from here. Go on Amazon or to another beauty supply. Trust me…
Love the varieties and service all on all great place
I’m disappointed in the service I received today. The return policy is very strict. I spent $93 on braiding hair that my stylist couldn’t use because of the poor quality. My receipt said “all final sale items are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable” but not that “all items are final sale”, so I came back the same day to explain to the store owner what happened and he pointed out the final sale signs behind and on the counter.
