Came all the way from Akron to this store because my sister & niece shops there plus it’s black owned. Soon as I walked, was greeted & the young lady helped with every product I was looking for. Will be back 🤗
0 Stars if I could . Too Shady. I was a loyal customer however after today I will not patron this place again and I’ll warn the others. If you have various business practices POST IT and don’t just make them up as you go. If your policy is No EXCHANGES AND NO REFUNDS make that the standard instead of doing it for some or depending on if it’s the same day!!!! You try to support your own and they do Shady ish like that!!! I’m done
I visit this business regularly. I have met the owners and they are a beautiful, open and friendly couple that makes you feel welcome when you enter the door! I am happy I have found them in my area. Their prices are competitive and I don’t feel like I was cheated when I walk out. The staff that I have encountered have been helpful and professional. If you are on the Westside of Cleveland near their store stop in you won’t be sorry!
