On the first picture I ask for this. But she said she could do it. So I had faith that she would do it. But no she did not, the second picture is my hair from today. I was absolutely devastated, and very upset to how it turned out. Not only that but I pay $162 for that and i didn’t even get what I ask for. Never coming here again. Btw Samantha combs did my hair
My hair was very long, middle of my back,I asked for a Long Swing Haircut and style. Because of my thick hair I basically wanted the back layered into a swing long hairstyle. I even brought the pic of hairstyle I wanted. Well Lacey did my hair, she hacked my hair. My hair is short touches my chin. Lacey cut my hair from behind so I couldn't see how much she had chopped off. She ruined my hair. I am so upset, I went to my car after and cried. Went in for a haircut with Veronica and it turned out great! I came in with a picture and a general idea of a hairstyle and she was able to style my hair exactly how I wanted.
