Im not giving 5 stars because I did not get what I paid for and I'm not leaving 1 stars because I did walk out looking better than what I walked in with. This was my first time ever getting my hair colored in a salon so I was super excited and I wanted to make my hair look nice for my vacation next week. I saw Lisa for a balayage. She is amazing with color and really takes the time to make sure she understands exactly what her clients want. I loved my experience and will be going to her for color from now on! It’s also a very cute studio.

I didn’t have a good experience. The hair stylist assigned to me seemed like she was still learning and lacked confidence. Another stylist had to step in to fix the mistakes, but in the rush, everything ended up ruined. I’m highly disappointed. Additionally, the front desk almost charged me double due to a miscommunication. Since I was in a hurry, I paid without arguing. I had to call back later and explain the situation, and only then was I refunded the extra amount I was charged.

I typically don’t leave reviews but I got my hair styled this morning by Michelle and she did such a good job!!! She was super friendly and this was probably the best experience i’ve had at a salon in a long time, especially because she knew how to work with my very curly hair and style it without causing any heat damage. If you’re also new to this salon I would 100% recommend booking with her.
