I have used this salon many times along with my 2 daughters. One being a disabled member of the community. Today, I observed a flower delivery truck parked in the No Parking spot between Hicap spaces that is designed to give extra room for mobility aids. I explained to the driver who told me he was just making a delivery. As I was telling him that is no excuse to park there (him yelling who is he hurting) a women who identified herself as the owner came out the side door.
