Horrible experience. Mindy is so unprofessional and acts like a typical immature high school gossip queen. On our consult, she was badmouthing another makeup company who is her competitor and are actually really good. It was so unprofessional and disgusting the way she was commenting. Called at 1 am to book an appointment for 7 am because my makeup artist appologized and said she won't make it. They interupted me and yelled at me saying who calls for a make up artist at 1 am. WEll, WHY THE F DOES YOU PLACE SAY YOU OPEN 24 HOURS. AND WHY DID YOU ANSWER ANYWAY IF YOU DON'T WANNA HELP CUSTOMER. WORST PLACE EVER.
