I have never felt so ugly in my life. I can’t stand to look at myself without crying. First and last time coming here. I asked to trim my dead ends, fix up my layers and frame my face. She continued to take off 3 inches of my hair, no layers, and leave my hair completely uneven. Hair aside my ears is shorter than the hair in front on my face. The hair on my right side is noticeably longer than my left. No amount of styling can fix how uneven it is. I am very unhappy and unsatisfied. Do not recommend.
