Nelson is truly fantastic! Extremely skilled, and quick. I have very thick hair and he cut it better and faster than anyone I've ever been to before. Did a dramatic transformation from long to a shaggy razored bob. Knows all the techniques and tricks. Understood my vision from a few pictures, but also used his expertise to make suggestions so it was even better suited to my face and hair. I have been coming here to see Carrie for YEARS and I love her work. I live in Sacramento and haven't been able to find anyone I like here so I've been driving to Davis. I love that she will hear me out, I usually have a general idea of what I want (length or style wise) and outside of that I just ask her to tweak it how she decides so that in the end it'll suit my face shape and look good on me. She has never failed and I will continue to come back here and see her until forced otherwise.
