I know this review is over a year old, but I’m not looking for anything in return — just to let people know what they might get if they come here. I came in on 11/07/2024 asking for honey-coloured highlights. I showed the reference photos and even pointed to the swatch in the book. The stylist got straight into bleaching, and when she rinsed it out my hair had lifted nicely, so I assumed the toner would give me the warm honey/caramel colour I’d asked for.
