I wish I could give this place zero stars because that’s how upset I am at the customer service and the all-around poor reception. I’ll begin my story by saying that I originally had an appointment booked for August 7 however, that very same day I had a medical emergency that required me to cancel my appointment. Hair and space is a pretty strict cancellation policy, which is fair.
