I went here yesterday because the reviews were good! Elizabeth is really nice but I'm not sure if she listened to what I asked for. My hair was past my shoulders and I asked for a bob with layers and volume, I look insane she just chopped all my hair off! It's pretty much all the same length, maybe 3 inches. How is that volume! How is that a bob! I have a cow lick with sticking up hair! Honestly I have been crying since I left! Maybe be smarter than me and show her a picture! 😭
I’ve been seeing Elizabeth and Eric for almost 20 years & she remains a professional and classy hairdresser; Eric is still as reliable and trustworthy as ever; I’m so glad to see them still finding success in the Inland Empire; will be returning monthly again now that I found their new location and bringing my kids; jazz on the Television; family friendly; clean location; clean bathroom; always great to see this family doing what they do best! Love you guys man!
