I called in the morning to inquire about the prices for a cut and wash, then a wash only, and finally for a 'cut, wash, and blow dry.' When I asked for the price of the service, the response I received in Spanish was, 'Oh no, are you just calling to check prices?'—in a very rude manner. I explained that it was my first time calling and that I was genuinely interested in getting a service done. The woman replied, 'Oh, well, it’s because someone has been calling all morning.' Super nice ladies , I went in to get my ends cut and to fix and to even out my hair because it was asymmetrical before . They were super careful and willing to keep the length of my hair and only cut more in some areas upon my request. I'm pretty happy with my haircut. I speak Spanish I'm not sure if that's their preferred language but that's how we understood and communicated with each other.
