what happened to professionalism in service? Jaz canceled my appointment the DAY BEFORE and asked me to move my own schedule around to come another day for my sew in. Slow communication from her n everything. The day came and i went to my appt and she still has the previous client in the chair. I go wait in my car for a few minutes because she already got an attitude because SHE NOT ON TIME! i come back she get started on blow drying and braiding. eventually another client shows up while she not even done braiding and Jaz is... read more
I got a quick weave and the next day it was coming out!!! This is 100 percent a real review!!!! I spent 10am to 5pm in the chair for a quick weave , when a quick weave is supposed to take half that time. All she was focused on was her phone and I did not get no refund or no communication back. The stylist was Jaz.
jaz left a burn on my head and can't take accountability. area is unsafe and shop is not maintained - will never go here again!!
This rating is in regard to HairSheRocks hair / bundles, only, as I have never been to the salon for in-person service. I began ordering extensions from this company a few years ago and the quality was great. However, my last two orders have been terrible. The first of the two orders was for a 3-bundle deal (1 of the 3 bundles was CLEARLY not the same wave pattern) - yet they mailed it and tried to pass it off as that. I had no time to pivot, as the shipment was delayed and my install was already scheduled. I thought, maybe ... read more
