I’m deeply disappointed with the way this salon treated someone very important to me. She paid $800 in advance for hair extensions, with $300 remaining, and respectfully contacted the salon two weeks before her appointment to reschedule due to an important commitment. I came here for a hair color consultation and was paired with a talented colorist who nailed the shade I wanted. The styling was perfect too. Out of all the salons in Montreal, Salon Deauville is definitely the one I’d recommend to friends.

while having my hair color at a noisy salon, the hairdresser alexandra rochon was disrespectful , i heard her multiple times swearing and bad mouthing her colleagues

Le personnel a été très impoli et irrespectueux, sans aucune considération pour les clients. C’est vraiment triste de voir qu’au lieu de prendre soin de leurs clients, ils les font se sentir mal à l’aise. J’espère sincèrement que ce salon prendra le temps de réfléchir à la façon dont il traite les gens, car la politesse et l’humanité sont la base de tout bon service.
