After two years of struggling with hair loss post COVID, trying failed DIY remedies and feeling hopeless, I found Karmelita online. I had reservations, but hoped and prayed that she could help me. My first visit was Nov. 2024. By Jan. 2025 the shedding and intense itch had almost completely stopped, but my thin areas were not regrowing. I discussed my concerns with Karmelita, and she adjusted my hair care plan, now March 2025, my thinning areas are nearly covered with new hair growth.

First time client here. Karmelita was amazing! She educated me on my scalp, hair, and the products she used. I did the scalp and detox treatment it was the best thing I ever had considering I have suffered with an itchy and flaky scalp for a long time. My scalp and hair was very happy.
