Went in for a trim last week. Great experience!
Requested services for a color change. I was very specific about my hair type, color, thickness..the works. The person who scheduled my appt apparently did not talk to the person they scheduled me with. A few shades of red available...like burgundy. No what what I said I wanted. Money was no issue. Extremely disappointed that this was even scheduled..knowing they didn't have the selection that would be needed. I could have purchased the dye myself if that issue would have been voiced.
