I have been going to Deb for almost 15 years and she is the most fabulous effing hairdresser anywhere!!! She's so fun and talented and we have a blast! If you don't go to the Hair Quarters for your haircare needs you are missing out!!!

When you hear the words gifted, bestowed, talented and exceptional the only word that comes to mind is Deb. She is the owner, stylist and aficionado of the Hair Quarters in downtown Muncy on Main St. I discovered Deb over 10 years ago when I happened to be talking to a friend one night. I told her I had a major dilemma trying to find a stylist who would listen to what I wanted and would be able to fulfill my wishes. She said I know just the woman for you. Deb has transformed my experience with going to a salon in the best way possible. She is extremely responsive to getting me scheduled for an appointment and my hair has never looked better. I drive over an hour to the Hair Quarters to see Deb and I will continue to make the travel as long as she is in business. Deb provides an experience that is above all other salons I have visited!
