Had my hair cut at the Hair Quarters in Muncy yesterday. She was very professional and very chatty. The whole process was done in less than half an hour. That was a shoulder length hair to a Pixie Cut, LOVE what she did!!
My first time with Deb was more than a 5 star experience! From the quality of cut & color expertise to the awesome person she is, was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Deb. I had a surprise visit from her handy man, John, who added an element of comedy that could warrant a cover charge! I already booked my next appointment.
Deb is a gem. She's a whiz with cuts, color, and getting your hair to look and feel just like what you want it to! She's caring, smart, and hilarious to boot. Everything you could ever hope to find in a stylist or friend, all wrapped in one. And affordable! Look no further for your perfect 'do.
