The Menu prices that are listed on this website are INCORRECT.. Hair Quarters charges $14 for Women's hair cuts. $12 for Men's. 2 tone foils start at $75 & up perms $50 & up We do not do "Brazilian Blow-outs" or "eye lash extensions" Please call if any questions
