My mom and I have been going to Penny for over 25 years. She is truly the best in town. Very affordable and straight forward with her services. We love you Penny! Pam and Tammy are also wonderful! Tammy did my prom hair back when I was in high school. I will forever recommend this salon! Very kind, talented, experienced stylists.
