Yulia did my perm and i’m really happy with how it turned out. i came in with naturally super straight, dry hair and explained the kind of soft, flattering style i was hoping for. she asked thoughtful questions, really listened, and paid attention throughout the process. the final result came out exactly how i wanted. highly recommend Yulia.
