Very disappointed with my experience. I had a keratin straightening treatment at this salon and was told it would last around three months. Unfortunately, within less than two weeks, my hair became frizzy again, and it was never fully straight to begin with. My hair is not difficult — it is only slightly wavy, not very curly — so this result was especially disappointing.
