I had a very bad experience at Prince Hair Salon. I clearly explained how I wanted my haircut and even showed photos, but they cut my hair much shorter than I asked. They also did not properly cover my gray hair. They told me they would not charge me for the haircut, but they still charged me for the gray hair coloring that was not done well. EDIT: Julia is now at another salon. You can call Hair Prince's front desk to find out where her new salon is! At first, I was a little nervous to go for a men's perm because I am nonbinary and other Korean salons usually give me a more feminine haircut. But Julia did me so good and made me feel so comfortable! She definitely knew what she was doing. She gave me a more masculine style that gives me gender euphoria and I'll be requesting her every time I make an appointment from now on!
