I had such a wonderful experience having my hair done by Frank for my daughter‘s wedding. He did a Phenomenal job with my hair, very stylish, trendy, and it held all day and night. I can’t thank him enough!

I can't believe I came on here to see what the reviews were after already getting my hair done. I am so totally in shock to see the exact thing that happened to me is the first review I read!! The exact thing!! I went in with hair almost down to my waist and my hair is barely touching my shoulders. I said I wanted like bra area length and one length I was sick of the unevenness. EDIT/UPDATE: After speaking with the owner Frank, I did feel a bit better about this situation. He made me feel heard and understood why I was so sad with what happened. I will be going in for a fix in about a month or so and I am looking forward to feeling good about my hair again! Very unhappy and dissatisfied. My family and I have been going to Hair Power for years now. Frank and his staff are courteous and very professional. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to pamper yourself.
