I just moved here and stopped into this store because it was the first place I found that carried some of the hair products I needed. When I came in, I asked a man who I believe may have been the owner a question. He made direct eye contact with me but completely ignored me. Worse customer service I’ve ever had in my life at a beauty supply store , the black lady that works there aswell as soon as my kids and I came in they started making rude remarks and rolling their eyes . The Chinese guy told me they had wigs for a certain price rage and when I was trying to purchase one he told me the complete opposite so I paid for the 3 items I got he snatched my money from me and gave me an aggressive attitude when he gave me my change back .. I love going into their store! I’m always greeted nicely. They make sure you get what you came for and if they don’t have it in stock they make sure to get it in. I’ll forever be a customer here.
