Worse customer service I’ve ever had in my life at a beauty supply store , the black lady that works there aswell as soon as my kids and I came in they started making rude remarks and rolling their eyes . The Chinese guy told me they had wigs for a certain price rage and when I was trying to purchase one he told me the complete opposite so I paid for the 3 items I got he snatched my money from me and gave me an aggressive attitude when he gave me my change back .. I love going into their store! I’m always greeted nicely. They make sure you get what you came for and if they don’t have it in stock they make sure to get it in. I’ll forever be a customer here.
What I’ve witnessed here, I’m not surprised of coming from a non-black person. But to see a black elderly woman standing and watching me as I’m having a conversation with my husband, while her boss (Asian guy) stands behind the register as if she’s being trained to treat her own kind like that. She immediately told me to leave the store because I was having a conversation with my husband. I was actually talking about how great of a selection they had compared to the other beauty supply.
