Horrible. Smelly store, pushy employees, and not worth the effort. Telling me what I have to buy and that the other wigs aren't options for me. I have to get chemo therapy and went looking for a wig so I would feel confident again. Left the store feeling even more uncomfortable about my cancer and looks.
They had everything I needed and the staff was friendly and helpful!
Do NOT shop here if you are needing to know anything about wigs. My daughter and her dad came in, and saw one that she loved. As she would be styling it, etc, as well as I would be buying it, she knew to get information about it. The older qoman working in the store REFUSED to help them, and in fact, blocked them from seeing the package. When I called and asked, the girl on the phone referwnced what had happened, then lyed and said she didnt know what I was talking about. CLEARLY they dont need anymore business. AVOID!!!!!!
