My experience inside the store was actually pretty decent. However, when calling the store over the phone inquiring about a product, I was treated with the utmost disrespect over the phone. The woman who answered was very rude when I proceeded to ask about the product and became hostile when I asked her why. On 03-7-2026. I found myself in need of a few hair care products. I decided to patronize my local beauty supply. Once the cashier got to me I asked her to retrieve 2 design essentials products. To which she replied, “hold on one thing at a time” ! when I had only asked for the matching shampoo and hair masque. Then I proceeded to ask for a heat protectant from a different line.
