Overcharge! Overcharge! Overcharge! Wigs have a very small selection! Hair products have a very small selection!!! They really need some competition so they can be put out of business!!! There store hour vary on each website and they still open LAAAAAATE!!!! Never open on-time! Quick to close early!!!
Dark skinned young lady with the fake eyes customer service skills SUCK!.. if, she is that discontent please just leave andfind another job,. Her rudeness makes a customer want to leave and not ever come back,.. & to be honest. I don't think I will be visiting again too many other places to spend my money
My experience inside the store was actually pretty decent. However, when calling the store over the phone inquiring about a product, I was treated with the utmost disrespect over the phone. The woman who answered was very rude when I proceeded to ask about the product and became hostile when I asked her why. I even asked her if someone in management is available and she proceeds to tell me,“I am management. The owners don’t be here like that. On 03-7-2026. I found myself in need of a few hair care products. I decided to patronize my local beauty supply. Once the cashier got to me I asked her to retrieve 2 design essentials products. To which she replied, “hold on one thing at a time” ! when I had only asked for the matching shampoo and hair masque. Then I proceeded to ask for a heat protectant from a different line.
