I went to this beauty supply store looking for a specific hair color, but the shade I needed was out of stock. When I asked the owner about it, he responded in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. Unfortunately, this was not the first time I received poor customer service here. I prefer to go to the other beauty store next to the Pizzeria, Eden Beauty, at least they treat you like ppl, not like you enter to steal.
Store has improved over the years. Prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly. v
Bad customer service , and they don’t open on time ever you’ll be standing in front the store and the owner is picking his nose sitting in his car in front the store like what kind of business is this and they are rude if you don’t have to go here DONT
