Absolute gem of a salon and retailer both
Awesome company to deal with I've been buying from them for about 5 years now never had a problem and I like how they tape all their liquid products so they cannot leak during transit. Super fast service too. 100% recommend fir hsur care
They sent me FAULTY products (opened bottles) and refused to refund claiming that I opened it. They were communicating about that in a rude manner. They also never pick up the phone. I’ll be making a claim to Commerce Commission or Disputes Tribunal under the Consumer Guarantees Act. UPDATED: ORDER NUMBER 647080 FAULTY PRODUCTS (PICTURES ATTACHED). I HAVE CONTACTED YOU AND YOU IGNORED MY LAST EMAIL
