Thankful to Flavie, for my son's first ever haircut done perfectly. She was very gentle with my baby and with us parents, too. We will come back here everytime my son would need a haircut. Wish we could give more than 5 stars!
We had a wonderful experience at Hairplay today. I'm from the West Island and drove all the way there because we didn't like our experience at the local Kidz Kutz at all. I had originally scheduled an appointment for Saturday, but I called on Friday to push it to Sunday and had no problem. We were unfortunately running a little late to our appointment, but when we got there Flavie still gave me a mini-consult to be sure of what haircut we're getting for our 3-year old. Amazing staff , professional service, highly recommend.
Amazing service Flavie was very professional and incredibly efficient, even with the challenge of styling while a young child kept moving around! She took her time and stayed calm despite the crying and little chaos in the salon. I really appreciate her patience, her calm energy, and her sense of style .she’s truly a brilliant hairstylist !! I strongly recommend.
