⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience with Ritu at the salon. She did my hair spa, and it was absolutely superb! From the moment she started, I could tell she really knows her work. She was gentle, professional, and made the whole experience so relaxing. My hair feels healthier, smoother, and so refreshed. I’m extremely happy with the service and will definitely be booking all my upcoming appointments with her. Highly recommend Ritu to anyone looking for great hair care!
I had a fantastic experience with Ritu at Hair Palace. She did an amazing job on my face wax, underarms, and legs - super thorough and efficient. She was friendly and made me feel at ease the whole time. The eyebrow threading is Spot on! They look amazing. Ritu was very personable and made the whole experience very pleasant. Can't wait to book again with her!
Came in for a blow dry and threading. Eyebrow threading was good. I did not like the way lady employee treated me insulted my hair. She kept saying how frizzy and curly my hair were. When initially I had already told her! I ignored her twice when she mentioned she didn’t charge me enough, and third time I had to confront her. Excellent Service I got my waxing done by Reetu, and I’m extremely happy with the experience. She was very professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. The hygiene standards were excellent, and the service was smooth and almost painless. Reetu is very skilled and pays great attention to detail. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back to her again
