The woman who cut my hair did a horrible job, nothing like what I asked for, was incredibly rude, and charged me an insane amount. When I saw what she had done-- given me a frosted blonde bob from the 80s-- and gently asked if she could do anything to make it like I had asked, she literally insulted my appearance, telling me I was too *old* for what I *had* asked for, and that it would have made me look even older, and ugly! This was my first time going and they were amazing. I have very curly hair so some people have a hard time with it but they had no issue. I was in and out so quickly. Definitely my new routine salon.
I had a great experience with Joan at Hair Palace. She is very friendly and courteous and made me feel very welcome. I loved my haircut and she also educated me on how to prevent future hair damage. I highly recommend this salon and will be back!
I have been with them where they were ShopRite plaza I have Joann for years thay are friendly and do great hair
