They sold the salon to new owners and teams. It’s not the same standards anymore.
Had keratin smoothing and had the worst experience.my hair is now orange as I had previously had foils which they told me would be fine and my hair is ruined. My hair is also damaged and all gritty.do not recommend. I paid Alot of money for this too.
Originally posted June 2021: I have very poor hair straightening results with Hair Outaquin. And to add insult to injury, the salon refuses to let me come in and speak to them about my hair straightening results. They were very quick to take my $800, and we extremely arrogant about how brilliant their results would be. But after care is zero. Honestly, my hair doesn’t look good.
