I gave a one star only because I had to. Customer service is atrocious, I booked my appt for a regrowth colour and a cut, I reminded the hair dresser of the cut during the hair dye application. Someone just walked in for a $700 straightening and I was forgotten, had to ask for the colour solution to be washed out then my hair was blowed dried with fingers, I had to ask for a heat product as non was used after a colour, a brush wasn’t used on my hair then said how’s that. I recently had the most incredible experience at this hair salon, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best hairdressers I’ve visited in a long time! I walked in with frizzy, damaged hair, unsure of what to expect, but I walked out feeling like a completely different person. Honestly best hair cut and colour I have ever had. I’ve spent big money in the city for my blonde hair… and it’s has never turned out this nice. Wanna say Thankyou to the beautiful Korean lady that washed my hair! Give her a raise it was the best head massage ever. 10/10.

Popped in without an appointment for a hair wash today. The staff were able to accomodate me. Had a lovely hair wash & condition with head massage and dry off. Staff did a lovely job you can tell they take pride in what they do here.
